Terms of Service

Welcome to DENSE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DENSE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by DENSE ("we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

The Service is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.

To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Plans

DENSE offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require an active paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and features are described within the app and may change from time to time.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) platform
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
• Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Harasses, abuses, threatens, or intimidates other users
• Uploads viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Uses the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Manipulates leaderboards, competitions, or performance data through fraudulent means
• Creates multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Scrapes, crawls, or uses automated tools to extract data from the Service

You may submit content through the Service, including progress photos, workout data, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DENSE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The DENSE brand name, logo, and visual identity
• Training programs, workout routines, and methodologies
• App design, interface, and user experience elements
• Exercise demonstrations and instructional content
• Software code and underlying technology

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

DENSE provides fitness, training, wellness, and nutrition-related information for general informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, training, nutrition, or wellness program, and before relying on any recommendations provided through the Service.

Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge that physical exercise, strength training, cardiovascular activity, and dietary changes involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, disability, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of the Service, including any workout plans, exercise demonstrations, training suggestions, nutrition guidance, or other content made available through the Service.

Use at Your Own Risk

You are solely responsible for determining whether any workout, exercise, movement, or nutrition recommendation is appropriate for you based on your personal health, physical condition, experience level, and medical history. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other physical issue, you should stop immediately and seek appropriate medical attention. Your use of the Service and reliance on any content is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DENSE and its affiliates, officers, employees, trainers, content providers, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, claim, or liability arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any workout program, exercise recommendation, nutrition guidance, or other content provided through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge DENSE and its affiliates, officers, employees, trainers, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights, and causes of action arising out of or related to injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the Service, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data (subject to our data retention policies)
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification provisions

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
